For artistic gymnastics, the first decision is where the grips will be used: uneven bars, high bar or rings. Then confirm closure, holes, material, hand measurement and the coach's recommendation before buying or leaving a restock alert.

1. Confirm the apparatus
Uneven bars, high bar and rings do not use the same buying logic. Start with the coach's recommendation.
2. Measure the hand
Measure from the base of the palm to the base of the fingers, excluding the thumb. Open the size guide.
3. Review level and adaptation
