Returns and Exchanges
At PAWSGRIP, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how to proceed.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use
- Retain its original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, or damaged due to improper use.
How to request a return
- Send us an email to hola@pawsgrip.com with the subject “Return – Order Number”
- Indicate the reason for the return
- We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with shipping instructions
- Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund
Refund
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5–10 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect, in which case PAWSGRIP will cover the costs.
Size Exchanges
If you need to change the size, please contact us at hola@pawsgrip.com. We will manage the exchange quickly and easily, subject to stock availability.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will resolve it at no additional cost to you.
