With proper care, our grips can last between 6 months and 2 years depending on the frequency and intensity of training.

About Sizes

How do I know what size my daughter needs?
Check our Size Guide. You just need to measure the width of your daughter's hand at the knuckles. It's very simple and takes less than 1 minute.

What if the size isn't right?
Don't worry. You can request a size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. See our return policy.

How should I clean the grips?
Clean the grips with a damp cloth after each use. Do not submerge them in water or machine wash them. Let them air dry, away from direct heat sources.

Can I use chalk with PAWSGRIP grips?
Yes, our grips are compatible with chalk. Clean off excess chalk after each session to extend their lifespan.
